By setting a minimum, we’re able to maintain consistent service standards, offer competitive pricing, and ensure every client receives the same attention to detail - whether we’re cleaning a single chair or a full sectional.

Orders Under $99.

If the total of selected services is less than $99, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the minimum service requirement. This ensures that each visit covers the essential preparation and travel costs associated with sending a professional technician to your home.

What does the cleaning process include?

Our deep cleaning process uses professional hot-water extraction equipment. The machine sprays water and cleaning solution deep into the fabric and then immediately extracts it back out. This helps remove dust, body oils, allergens, and everyday buildup that accumulates inside the furniture over time.

How long does cleaning take?

Our multi-step cleaning process typically takes 30 minutes and up, depending on the size of the item and the level of contamination. For example, a mattress may take around 20–30 minutes, while a large sectional sofa can take over an hour.

How long will my furniture take to dry?

Drying time depends on the fabric type, room temperature, and ventilation. On average, a sofa takes around 10-12 hours to fully dry. Smaller items like chairs may dry faster, while thicker cushions or mattresses may take longer if airflow is limited.

Keeping windows open or maintaining good airflow in the room helps the furniture dry more quickly and evenly.

Fast drying option available upon request. Express drying can reduce the drying time by approximately half.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

All of our cleaning products are pet- and kid-friendly. Most of our clients are families with children and pets, so using safe products is very important to us.

Do you provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance)?

Yes, we have. Most property management offices provide a sample with the exact wording. Once we receive it, we’ll be happy to issue the certificate right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Please note that if you choose to pay in cash, the total will not include sales tax or processing fees.

What if my order is under $99?

If your total is less than $99, the service will still be billed at $99, as this is our minimum order requirement. Orders below this amount do not cover operational costs and are priced accordingly

Who will clean my furniture?

Our team consists of trained professionals who understand fabrics, stain chemistry, and advanced cleaning techniques. Every technician is background-checked and committed to delivering spotless results with care.

Can the technician move furniture in order to clean the carpet or rug?

Unfortunately our technicians do not move large furniture pieces such as couches or beds. In most cases, clients prepare and clear the areas they would like cleaned beforehand.

However, lighter items such as chairs or small coffee tables can usually be moved by the technician if needed.
